Woods is comfortable and resting following further surgery

Golf legend Tiger Woods is said to be in good spirits after undergoing procedures on Friday morning after being transferred to Cedar Sinai Medical Center.

Woods was involved in a serious car accident in L.A county earlier this week and had surgery on multiple fractures.

A statement released on Tiger Woods’ Twitter feed on Friday read:
