The Uralkali Haas F1 Team confirmed on Sunday morning that Nikita Mazepin will miss today’s Formula One season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as a result of testing positive for COVID-19.

In a statement, the team said:

Due to a positive COVID-19 test result, @nikita_mazepin will not compete in today's #AbuDhabiGP #HaasF1 https://t.co/H5c9jrPMmK
