Seven-time Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson who made his IndyCar debut with Chip Ganassi Racing on a partial programme in 2021 has announced thst he will compete full-time in the NTT IndyCar Series with Ganassi in 2022 driving the No.48 Carvana Honda.

Johnson also confirmed he will compete in the Indianapolis 500 in May.
