Team Penske’s Scott McLaughlin in the No.3 Chevrolet startd his second full-time season in the NTT IndyCar Series next month with the Firestone Grand Prix of St Petersburg and this week he revealed that he will once again the famous yellow submarine livery for the Indianapolis 500.
