Andretti Autosport’s Romain Grosjean says that he hopes that by joining the team over the off-season that he can be in a position to challenge for wins and championships.
Speaking to Paddock Eye during a press conference following qualifying for the Firestone Grand Prix presented by RP Funding said that is extremely beneficial for him now that he is has moved to a full-time program with Andretti Autosport.
Andretti has a proven track record of winning both championships and the Indianapolis 500.
Grosjean has also gone from team in Dale Coyne Racing with one teammate to a team that has multiple cars which allows them to share set up ideas and this will help him to grow as a driver as he embarks on his first full-time season of competing in the NTT IndyCar Series.
