I Have Far More Confidence

Chip Ganassi Racing’s Jimmie Johnson in the No.48 Carvana American Legion Honda says that he has far more confidence in the car compared to last season when he made his NTT IndyCar Series debut last year.

Johnson says he is happier with how the car is and will start the race from 26th place just behind Tatiana Calderon who set a time of 01:01.0273.

David Malukas starts the race from 24th place just behind Rahal Letterman Lanigan’s Jack Harvey and Takuma Sato. Felix Rosenqvist in the No.7 Vuse Chevrolet starts the race from 21st just behind Conor Daly.

Callum Ilott starts the race from 19th just behind Devlin DeFrancesco and Helio Castroneves.

Arrow McLaren SP’s Pato O’Ward starts the race from 16th place just behind Christian Lundgaard and Dalton Kellett following a great session for AJ Foyt Racing.

Alexander Rossi starts the race from 13th place.

Kyle Kirkwood starts the race from 12th place just behind Graham Rahal and Alex Palou while Josef Newgarden starts the race from ninth just behind Marcus Ericsson while Scott Dixon starts the race from seventh place.
