Arrow McLaren SP announced on Tuesday that former Red Bull Racing engineer and Team Penske engineer Gavin Ward has joined the team ahead of the start of the 2022 NTT IndyCar Series season.

In a statement on Twitter, Arrow McLaren SP said:
