Boles Snowboards Around IMS

Indianapolis Motor Speedway President J Douglas Boles celebrated the fact that 106th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbrodge is 115 days away on Thursday by doing something very cool.

Indianapolis has been hit with heavy snow and Boles along with Dave Calabro went snowboarding around the famous race track.

PPG Named Official Paint And Finisher To IndyCar And The Indianapolis Motor Speedway

The NTT IndyCar and Indianapolis Motor Speedway announced on Monday that PPG has been named official paint and finisher provider and a part of the multi-year contract, PPG has been named official sponsor to qualifying day for the Indianapolis 500.

Speaking about the news, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and IndyCar owner Roger Penske said:

“PPG is one of the most loyal and trusted partners in the history of our sport, and we’re proud to pair IMS and INDYCAR with such an iconic and globally recognized brand. “Like us, PPG is built on quality and leadership in the marketplace with a strong tradition of excellence spanning more than a century. We look forward to seeing and supporting PPG’s sponsorship activation, especially during Indy 500 qualifying weekend.”

 Michael McGarry, PPG chairman and chief executive officer commented saying:

The 106th running of the Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge takes place on May 29, 2022.
